What are your candles made from?

All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax for a clean, eco-friendly burn. We pair it with high-quality fragrance oils and cotton wicks for a safer,
longer-lasting experience.

How long do your candles burn?

Our candles burn between 35–60 hours, depending on the size of the jar. For the best results, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and allow the wax to melt
evenly across the surface.

What is the difference between candles, wax melts, and room sprays?

  • Candles provide a warm glow and fragrance.
  • Wax melts are flame-free and used in wax warmers for long-lasting scent.
  • Room/linen sprays offer an instant burst of fragrance, perfect for freshening spaces and fabrics.
  • Car diffusers deliver

Are your products safe for pets and children?

Our soy candles and melts are phthalate-free, but we always recommend keeping all fragrance products away from pets, children, and open flames for safety.

How strong are your fragrances?

Our products are designed to fill a medium-sized room with fragrance. For larger spaces, we recommend using two candles/melts or pairing a candle with a spray for layered scent.

Do you offer custom or personalized scents?

How should I care for my soy candle?

  • Trim the wick before each use.
  • Burn for 2–3 hours on the first use to prevent tunneling.
  • Keep away from drafts and never leave unattended.
  • This helps extend burn time and maintain fragrance strength.

How do I use a car diffuser?

Unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plastic stopper, and replace the cap. Gently tip the bottle to soak the cap, then hang it in your car. Refresh by tipping as needed.

Do your products make good gifts?

Absolutely! Our candles, wax melts, sprays, and car diffusers are beautifully packaged and make thoughtful gifts for any occasion. We also offer gift wrapping and ersonalized
notes upon request.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days
of delivery for assistance.
